The time has come! Simone would like to welcome you into his private baking space so that he can share some of his expertise and tricks for baking various items in his arsenal. This will be the inaugural class (following a Friends & Family version in March) and it will feature the classic Campania treat: sfogliatella.

Each class will be limited to 10 guests and will run from 4-6pm on the date noted. All guests will have an opportunity to get their hands “dirty” and practice various rolling or shaping aspects of the production. Guests are also encouraged to bring any questions that they may have, whether it is about Sfogliatella or other baking fundamentals.

During the class, guests will take a break for a glass or sparking wine (or other non-alcoholic beverage) and share some aperitivo bites. Guests will each take home a final product and receive a basic recipe for the item (emailed after the event).

An apron is recommended. We are working on custom Solo Pane aprons to be available for sale, but for now we recommend bringing your own. Guests will also have the option to purchase any merchandise during the event for 30% of the retail price!

REFUNDS: Tickets are non-refundable beginning two weeks prior to the event date. Refunds prior to that timeframe will be net of a $10 per ticket administration and credit card processing charge.
